BIO:
I am Annie Webster and I can turn a piece of string into fabric. It is my super power.
I learned to sew and embroider from my mom and grandma, I learned graphic design at school, and I learned to crochet on my own (with a little help from the internet).
I love to feel fiber in my hands. All of my pieces start with hand winding my yarns into balls so I get to know the fibers before I start creating. I am then free to play with textures and colors. It is a simple concept, but the idea of “playing with yarn” is really what ties all of my work together, be it a small cowl or a large wall hanging. I just want to play with yarn.
